Coral Arch

£850.00

Nicole Forrester, The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, 2026

There are over 300 species of corals in the Red Sea, creating a reef system which stretches 2000 kilometres. The northern Red Sea corals show exceptional tolerance to heat, which makes them resilient to the warming ocean temperatures. The coral archway in the image looks so beautifully constructed and colourful, with hard staghorn corals forming the arch and a variety of hard and soft corals at the base. Staghorn coral is fast growing and these colonial invertebrates create thickets which shelter a large variety of marine life.

Medium/Process: Giclee, Paper: Hahnemühle Pearl, Archival mounting, Substrate: Dibond, Subframe

Dimensions: 30” x 20” (76.2cm x 50.8cm)

Edition: 1 of 50 25
